Notes on Abstract Submission
1. Please submit all abstracts electronically in English. Ensure that you prepare your abstract in both MS word and PDF formats for submission.
2. Authors must check their presentation preference between oral and poster. However, please note that the Program Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the mode of presentation and conference topics.
3. An acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the e-mail addresses provided by the main author.
4. Authors can edit and modify their submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. Please ensure that your text is free from typos or grammatical errors.
5. Authors will be notified of acceptance of abstracts.
At least, one author of each accepted abstracts must complete his/her full day registration and pay the registration fee. Otherwise the abstracts will be withdrawn from the final program and the proceedings publication.
Notification of Acceptance
Authors who have submitted abstracts will be notified of acceptance via email within one month after submission. If you do not receive the notification, please contact the secretariat by email (email@example.com) with your abstract information.
Withdrawal of an Abstract
In the event that you need to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
