Prof. Gwan-Hyoung Lee is a professor at Seoul National University (SNU). He received Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from SNU in 2006. After three years at Samsung Electronics, he moved to Columbia University as a postdoctoral researcher in 2010. From 2014 to 2018, he worked as a faculty member in Materials Science and Engineering of Yonsei University. From 2019 to present, he is working in SNU. His research activities include the investigation of electrical, mechanical, optical properties of two-dimensional (2D) materials as well as 2D-material-based heterostructure devices for electrical and optoelectronic applications.

Dr. Yevgeny Raitses is a Principal Research Physicist at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL). He has made significant contributions to the field of experimental plasma physics with applications to plasma thrusters, processing and synthesis plasmas, and plasma diagnostics. He has over 200 publications on these topics. His current research is focused on fundamentals of plasma-wall interactions, cross-field discharges and electron-beam generated plasmas with applications to semiconductor manufacturing and quantum systems, and plasma diagnostics. He is the Director/Principal Investigator of the US DOE-funded Princeton Collaborative Low Temperature Plasma Research Facility (http://pcrf.pppl.gov). Dr. Raitses is a Fellow of the American Physical Society and an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is also an Associate Editor of Journal of Applied Physics.

Dr. SUNG HUN JIN earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Seoul National University (SNU), Seoul, South Korea, in 2000 and 2006, respectively. He currently serves as a professor within the Department of Electronic Engineering at Incheon National University. Dr. JIN's extensive research portfolio encompasses a wide range of cutting-edge technologies. His primary research interests include the development of advanced devices based on 1D and 2D materials, silicon (Si), perovskites, and metal halides. These devices span various applications, including thin-film transistors (TFTs), memories, photodetectors, and gas sensors, among others. Additionally, Dr. JIN's expertise extends to the fields of supercapacitors and flexible electronics, notably in the creation of innovative medical sensors and transient security systems, among other pioneering technologies.

Sang Ki Nam is a master, VP of technology and a head of Plasma Lab at Samsung Electronics. He received his Ph.D at University of Houston in plasma physics and simulation and had worked as a post doctoral researcher at UC Berkeley and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. After LLNL, he had worked on the semiconductor process equipment development at Lam Research and Applied Materials. He currently leads the core technology development of plasma equipment and equipment intelligence for the next generation device at Samsung Electronics.

Dr. Bong Jae LEE earned his Ph.D. degrees in environmental engineering from University of Seoul (UOS), Seoul, South Korea. He currently serves as a head researcher within the Korea Testing & research Institute. He has been researching greenhouse gas and climate change field for 15 years, and in the semiconductor field, He is measuring the characteristics of fluorine Greenhouse gas(F-GHG) used in the process, conducting research on its impact on global warming, and monitoring greenhouse gas emissions.

Sung Hoon Choa received Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1992. He worked in Samsung Electronics for 15 years. He became a Vice President in Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology in 2007. Currently he is a professor of Intelligent Semiconductor Department of Seoul National University of Technology in Korea. He is a chair of IEC TC47 SC47F(MEMS). His main interests are semiconductor packaging, MEMS and flexible electronics. Prof. Choa has published more than 200 international publications and is (co-)inventor on 50 international patent filings.

Dr. Han has been working at the Plasma Bioscience Research Center at Kwangwoon University since 2014, conducting research in the field of plasma science. Based on her background in biomedical engineering with a major in genetic engineering and the development of cancer prevention materials, she is currently conducting research to pioneer various applications of plasma. Her research projects are mainly about plasma biomedical applications and plasma treatment liquids. Since 2015, she is focusing on the project "Functional regeneration of stem cells by plasma therapy" and working with clinicians to develop new therapies with various clinical implications. From 2016 to present, she serves on the organizing committee of several international conferences, including ISPB, ICPM, and IWPCT.

Dr. Jung-Sik Yoon is a Principal Research Physicist at the Korea Institute of Fusion Energy and Director General of the Plasma E. I. Convergence Research Center. He worked Deputy Director and Director position at the Plasma Technology Research Center in the National Fusion Research Institute responsible for the plasma application technology R&D project and the responsibility of Atomic and Molecular data research for low-temperature plasma. He received a Ph.D. degree in Atomic and Molecular Physics field from Hanyang University, Korea (2000), and a Post.-Doc. at Max-Planck Institute for Complex Systems, Dresden, and a Guest Scientist at Max-Planck Institute for Plasma Physics.

Joo Hyung Park received his Ph.D. degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison and joined Korea Research Institute of Energy Research (KIER) in 2010. He is currently a principal researcher of Photovoltaics Research Department in KIER. He has more than 70 journal papers and lots of patents over wide research areas including chalcogenide, single-crystal and amorphous silicon, and III-V materials. His current research interests are classic and novel chalcogenide materials and devices for photovoltaic and optoelectronic applications, and also includes large area nano-patterning skills such as aluminum anodizing, nanoimprint, and block copolymer lithography.

Jiyoung Kim is a professor of Materials Science and Engineering and affiliated at Depts. of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas since 2005. He received the B.S. (1986) and the M.S. (1988) at Seoul National University, and the Ph.D. (1994) at the University of Texas at Austin. His research interests are in the area of future semiconductor technology particularly focusing on implementation of advanced ALD process, characterization and its applications for logic, memory and analog/power devices.

received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering, KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2003, 2005, and 2020, respectively. From 2005, he is with Department of NAND Development, SK hynix Inc., Cheongju, South Korea. His main areas of research interest are characterization and measurement of transistors in 3-D NAND Flash devices.

XinPei Lu, Ph.D., has been working with non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure plasmas and their applications for over 20 years. Dr. Lu has authored or co-authored over 240 peer-reviewed scientific articles with over 16,000 citations and with H-index of 63. He is also the inventor of about twenty patents. He has been invited to speak as a subject matter expert at over 40 plenary/invited sessions worldwide. He was the recipient of several awards including the first Early Career Award of Plasma Medicine from the International Plasma Medicine Society (IPMS), the Outstanding Young Investigator Award from National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is the Highly Cited Researcher in China according to Elsevier. His work has been reported by Science, Nature, American Institute of Physics, Institute of Physics of UK, and so on.
